"This is an older property that needs some updating. There is nothing really special to distinguish it from any other basic hotel. The window shades in our room were tattered. The on-site restaurant served one of the worst Cuban sandwich we have had, however the breakfast was good. They have limited hours for their free shuttle to the airport. It did serve the purpose of a room close to the airport before flying out."

"I asked three times over three days for them to come and fix the air conditioner which did not work. Each day they said they would come and it never got better. It was so hot in my room while I was trying to sleep. This is the first time I am writing something like this about a hotel. I will not stay at the Intercontinental or any International ever again because of this. It was very frustrating!!!"

"The room was clean and comfortable. We only stayed overnight to fly out the next day. We had dinner at the hotel because it is not a walkable area and getting in an out of the roundabout is a bit confusing. Dinner was excellent. The website advertised free transporation to local attractions but not an airport shuttle. There is a call service for transportation, but at a pretty steep cost for such a short drive. We use UBER at half the cost of their taxi service. The staff was very nice, but the restaurant and counter were understaffed for a holiday weekend (spring break) : ("
