"The A/C wasn't working so it was warm in the room without windows and there wasn't any hot water. The shuttle service did not operate as indicated so we walked from and to the hotel from Terminal 2. Fortunately the location of the hotel was the primary benefit, it was about a 15min walk."

Amenities ( pool, sauna, pool table, board games, ironning roo) were convenient. The best thing was the Service and the concierge. The guy at the front desk was welcoming , nice and informative...he made the stay feel safe and comfortable as he told me al the scoop, the hotspots, the do,'s and donts and spoke very good English."
