We have recommended the Imperial hotel Osaka to family and friends already. Shipping our luggage was confusing as we have never experienced this magical service in the USA. The Bell desk made the process easy. We felt very confident about the whole thing. Breakfast buffet was great. The staff is helpful, polite and knowledgeable. "R West Group VIA INN Prime Kyotoeki Hachijoguchi is a solid choice mainly because of its unbeatable location. While the rooms do feel a bit outdated, the convenience more than makes up for it. The hotel is just a short walk from Kyoto Station and very close to malls and shopping centers, making it easy to get around and find food or things to do. Having a 7-Eleven right in the building is a huge plus and incredibly convenient, especially after a long day of sightseeing. The pajamas provided are also nice and comfortable, which was a pleasant bonus. Overall, if location and convenience matter more to you than modern room design, this hotel is definitely worth considering."
