"The hotel is at a good location. The reason why I am giving it only 4 stars is because there is one 1 entrance into the facility from the main road. When it becomes blocked, which it did during my stay... you can't get in or out of the hotel. We weren't told about amenities, which is fine cause we were there just to sleep basically and needed a place that allowed our dog. The walls are thin like other reviews have stated. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The room had all the necessary things and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again if the need would arise. The price we were able to get this per night was too good to be true. I expected a complete dump. Not the case at all."

"Location was great for sight seeing and hiking! The in-room sauna, kitchenette and washer and dryer were great! Tub and coffee pot were not clean, but the host contacted us right away to make it right once I let them know. They even checked up later that day to offer compensation for the inconvenience and apologize."

"Front Desk was very supportive, polite. They were quietly, behind the scene helping us to navigated through all personal issues we had at that time. David(front desk) reminded me a hotel manager from "Pretty Woman", who foresee and quietly resolves issues before they surface. Their breakfast was excellent. Their fries were delicious. We had various fresh berries every day. All personnel foresee your needs and offer/provide service before you know it. Great team!"
