"t was the worst experience. We arrived and they couldn’t find our reservation. Then, after we showed them the reservation details, they said it wasn’t paid and that we had to pay again. When we told them we were going to call to verify the payment, they just slammed the door in our faces, never opened it again, and didn’t answer any more calls. We had to find another hotel. They should remove this recommendation from Expedia — it makes the website look bad with the terrible service they provide."

"The property was somewhat remote. The manager was not available when I arrived. Then he told another guest to let me in my room which turned out wrong one. A car is needed there. Nice pool area. Kitchen minimally supplied. No ice tray, bare minimum other stuff. However, when I checked out, the manager drove me to my next destination on Aruba"

"We just got back and stayed at this beautiful property in a quiet, cute and cozy neighborhood from 3/5-3/8. Hosts were very responsive, friendly and always willing to answer questions. I truly loved the dogs that roam the property, loved " Diva" she is the sweetest. Please pet her with love from my part. Room had everything, full kitchen, fridge ect and comfy bed. Room always smelled nice and as a bonus you have access to a private pier, with chairs and hammock where you can enjoy the calm or beautiful sunsets right by the water. I think Flamingo island is across, so it feels more like a private lake.. My wife and I loved it. There are some restaurants close by and its very close to the airport. I loved the local vibe it has and not the glitzy, commercialized ambiance you will find in Palm beach. This is the place where you want to be if you want quiet, peace, plently of parking and not resorts all over. I highly recommend. "

"The property itself is not on the beach. It’s across the street. The staff should be taught better on how to direct you. What seating on the beach accommodates the hotel. So here I’m gonna save you a whole lot of confusion. It’s Across The Street slightly to the right reflections beach club. Now let’s get to the seating area at the beach. Depending on cruise ships being around, they usually tell you all the seats are reserved. Hint hint give me a tip and I’ll find a seat for you. The beach itself it’s not very clean. People use it as a giant ashtray. Cruise ship people usually leave all the garbage behind. Now let’s get back to the rooms at voco! I checked in on a Friday!!!! huge mistake!!! the locals are all hanging out at the bar across the street, revving their cars and motorcycles for the majority of the night! This happened Friday, Saturday up until Sunday very late at night impossible to sleep. Another thing that was very unnerving to me although hotel is immaculately clean my room smell like there was a deceptive tank in it. I suggest you do not get rooms on the outskirts of the hotel. Better off on The inside by pool area! The smell in the room was horrendous!!! I didn’t bother to say anything because I knew it fall on deaf ears! The rest of staff was friendly pretty much. The one that was the best in instructing you and talking to you very charismatic was the little waitress Yuru she was an absolute doll, a great waitress, and just a beautiful person!!!"

"A perfect spot if you feel like you want an escape away from the busy tourist areas. You will need a car, but it is nicely centrally located so it felt easy to visit attractions on every corner of the island. The hosts were very communicative, but also felt like I had total privacy. The kitchenette was nice for basic cooking. Plunge pool was a very nice touch. Overall a great value!"
