"t was the worst experience. We arrived and they couldn’t find our reservation. Then, after we showed them the reservation details, they said it wasn’t paid and that we had to pay again. When we told them we were going to call to verify the payment, they just slammed the door in our faces, never opened it again, and didn’t answer any more calls. We had to find another hotel. They should remove this recommendation from Expedia — it makes the website look bad with the terrible service they provide."

"This was our 5th time on the island , our first attempt non all inclusive which we had concerns about costs . The option having our own kitchen was perfect, beach chairs , cooler with dishes and ice packs to take to the beaches, our own out door space and a shared clean pool that was mostly to ourselves. Private gated parking and a quiet neighbour hood to get away from the louder palm beach area we are used too. Car is reccomended ,mostly everything was within 10 minute drive . The hosts were lovely people and gave everyone the space they would be looking for , but also a quick email if they were not in the office . My father was born on the island so i really appreciated the look of the main house , the hand hewed original door to our bedroom.. the many local vegitation on the property and the beautiful walled in gardens . I cant say enough about this property , even the guests we met were great and shared local finds. Dont hesitate to book this place . We loved it ! Looking forward to our next stay ."

"The property was somewhat remote. The manager was not available when I arrived. Then he told another guest to let me in my room which turned out wrong one. A car is needed there. Nice pool area. Kitchen minimally supplied. No ice tray, bare minimum other stuff. However, when I checked out, the manager drove me to my next destination on Aruba"

"The room was dirty and musty. The appliances were old and the room was extremely dated. The furniture should be replaced. The sofa bed mattress was disgusting. When we asked for more toilet paper they would only give us one roll because the cleaning people were to come in and clean and give us some - they never did. It is very far away from the beach. You will need a vehicle to get to the beach. The place is under renovation to add a new area. They should look after the old side first. We left to go to a different place before our time was up. Will never return. "

"We had a great time. We were there for three weeks. The pool was beautiful warm and clean the properties. Very pretty many plantings everywhere. Even the animals hung around once in a while. We’re very friendly purring cat on your lap on vacation is kind of cool. Our host Barbara was very attentive to our needs and questions about Aruba. It was a quick half hour walk to town and the closest beaches. If you wanted to go farther, it was very easy to get a cab or jump on the Aruba bus. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby. Just think I should mention that our room had no coffee maker so Barbara went out and bought us a brand new one and we had a coffee maker. We would gladly go back here anytime. Jc"
