"I can’t say enough good things about the resort. The staff will go above and beyond for you, they do so many little things without you realising, this is high level hospitality only possible when you are in a smaller hotel. A little example is them knowing when we have gone to breakfast so they can quickly make up the room before we’re back and similar with turndown service. We used the shuttle service too and it was excellent. They were nice enough to even upgrade our room for us. Breakfast was great (it is à la carte) and the bathroom is essentially outdoors but we knew this before coming and actually quite enjoyed it. The spa was excellent and we had excellent service there too. They helped coordinate with Kayumanis Ubud for our transfer there too. We will be back next year for sure "

"Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Great views and pool. Very friendly, helpful staff, especially Dita. Room was fairly clean. Street noise was acceptable, but stay in higher rooms. Spa was okay."

"A one night stay after landing very late at night. Great check in, room service at 1am (delicious Soto Ayam) and a comprehensive buffet breakfast. Nice room, good size..overall a very good experience."
