"Such a wonderful place to stay in Sanur. Maison Aurelia is a quirky three story hotel with very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff made us feel so welcomed. We felt at home. The only downfall was the menu change in the restaurant. Previously the menu was extra ordinary, but unfortunately now it is ordinary. This hotel is still our go to and we will be back. Thank you to the management and staff. "

"Staff were so attentive and helpful with any and all questions or queries we had. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were happy and comfortable at all times. They were especially wonderful with our 3 yr old and most of the staff knew his name at the end of the first day! The hotel was beautifully maintained and our room was incredible. Everything was so so great. We cannot recommend andaz enough!!"

"Room is clean but not sure about the musty smell and feel damp wet the bedsheets towels and our clothes maybe the humid weather I guess.? Staff,people are amazing very very nice people down to earth. Amenities is beautiful it’s a little bit outdated but gives character to the building,good food good breakfast lol we gained weight though. We had good time in Sanur. We relax and that’s what we need me and my husband very satisfied! "
