"I booked mountain view and the room did not disappoint! It was beautiful. However, I am giving 4 stars reviews as the staff weren't enthusiastic to help and the coffee machine is only available from 3pm. It would be helpful to get coffee in the morning. "

"I came all the way to Mount Fuji to be able to use the Onsen. No notice was provided that I will not be allowed to wear a bathing suit or if I have tattoos, this Hotel will not allow me to use their facilities. Expedia and the hotels take advantage of the customers and that’s not OK. Be aware and ask a lot of questions before booking! I will fight for my money back!"

"Breakfast needed a bit to be desired The restaurant is no where near big enough to cope with the number of people and the reservation system left long queues Also no orange juice on second day Dinner was fully booked by advance coach parties so went to a local Japanese restaurant 5 min walk away It was excellent and a lot cheaper than the hotel"
