"I had a pleasant stay at YaTi Hotel. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. As a book lover, I really enjoyed the hotel’s unique design, with books available everywhere from the lobby to the rooms.Paid to add-on my breakfast foods are nice. The hotel also provides an ironing room, which was very convenient for ironing my shirts and pants. For laundry service, I could approach the front desk, make payment, and head over to the connected sister hotel on Level 2 for self-service washing. Overall, it was an awesome experience and I truly enjoyed my stay there.I will be back again."

"My second time here and the proximity to the Metro a plus for me.. There are few shops nearby, mostly restaurants, but a very helpful pharmacy next door. 15 minute stroll to two malls. I’m fairly sure the room had a small fridge last time but not any longer, despite rooms being advertised with refrigerator. Really helpful staff and will stay again"

"The English was poor. Only some of the staff were able to communicate. The a/c was erratic and other than CNN there was little English speaking western content on TV."

"We stayed for three nights at the Radisson Collection, and overall it was a good experience. We didn’t have breakfast there, but we did have the buffet dinner, which offered all kinds of seafood, sushi, and traditional Chinese food. They also had beef, chicken, lamb, and several salads. The buffet included desserts as well as alcoholic beverages such as wine and beer. For the price, we highly recommend it. Unfortunately, we can’t rate it five stars, as the service still needs improvement for a hotel under the Radisson brand. A lady called Alice, who was in charge of the dinner buffet bookings, was very rude and disrespectful for no apparent reason. Besides that, we had a good experience overall at a reasonable price. The hotel is also close to a nice boulevard full of restaurants, Starbucks, and convenience stores. It’s roughly 30–40 minutes from The Bund with traffic when using DiDi, which is very cheap."
