The cleaning lady always greeted us with a smile and frequently asked whether we needed something. She seemed to be there all the time ready to serve. This is why we booked 1 extra night (total 2+1). Definitely recommend the hotel. Exactly what the hotel advertises. No unpleasant surprises. Will definitely be our top choice when visiting Shanghai next time.
