Rooms are modern, clean and bed mattress were comfortable. Staff were able to communicate well with English and Cantonese. Rooms have air conditioning and paid laundry services if you require it. Roof top gym was very good for a travel work out and the outdoor pool was a nice touch.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The accommodations are comfortable and the rooms offer plenty of space. The breakfast was a major highlight every morning. This is a quality hotel with great facilities and good staff. The harbour view rooms are tremendous with full length views from the main room and the bathroom. The rooftop pool has similarly breathtaking views, as does the very well equipped gym. Room service was fast and good food. The location is next door to everything you need - shopping mall with supermarket, ferry wharf, metro train station. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in HK. The only thing missing is a bar and drinks around the pool.

This is a great hotel overlooking the waterfront at North Point and close to the MTR. We found the staff to be exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout the hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a variety of dishes every day. Our room was clean and spacious but it really lacked drawer space, and we ended up folding things and leaving them on the floor under the desk. Overall, a good place to stay in a convenient location.

Overall very good place to stay. Rooms were clean and modern enough. Aircon was a little noisy in my room though, Staff friendly and amenities great. Breakfast at the main restaurant is good, not as expensive as others I’ve stayed at but plenty of options still. There hotel was a close walk to the North Side metro station. Shops and markets in walking distance also. The entrance to the hotel was a little inconspicuous, situated on the market side. Overall a pleasant stay.

Beautiful hotel in excellent location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, attractive and very comfortable. The lobby is in the 2nd floor. Check-in was fairly quick, and check-out was quick and smooth. I was able to store my luggage until time to head to airport. There is a nearby metro station, about 1 block away as well as a bus that goes to the airport (the A12) in about 45 minutes. I really enjoyed my stay here.

We always stay at the Hyatt Centric when we travel to Hong Kong. Highly recommend booking a corner suite. The view of the harbour at night is so beautiful and you wake up thinking you’re in the sky. Looking forward to our next stay. Shout out to White, from the concierge team. He was so helpful with communicating with our driver to Shenzhen and loading our bags onto to the car when it didn’t seem like it was going to fit.

The hotel and the staff are lovely. The view (even partial harbour view ) was really good. It helped that I was on the higher floor. The train station was also close by. The only drawback is the area it’s away from most of the touristy places so there was a lot of train traveling that I had to do
