"The hotel was nothing as described. Ants and cockroaches roaming on ceiling every nights.insects eggs filled the ceiling and walls Elevator and reception area has no aircond and it was so stuffy. and hot. the hotel always smell like smokes. foods was ok. not much of a selection. i asked hotels.com for my refund but theyre still not response to my request"

"Frankly speaking about 'Ecstacy Hotel' It was worst hotel in my life. They are liar and swindler! I booked room for a night and paid through "Hotels.com". When I visit hotel, they said there is no available room and they are so sorry to me about that. I understood it was friday night and everybody can mistake. They told me they will cancel my booking. But they didn't. Furthermore, now they are saying guest was no show. If I don't have a receipt of Grab, they succeed to steal my money."
