"We paid extra for a “balcony” room. Never again-the balcony is about a foot deep and the screening was ripped and yucky. Not at all worth it. We have stayed here many times and actually really like the hotel, but maybe the rooms need a bit of a facelift. It’s overall clean and comfy and would absolutely stay again though. "

"Angelo was great, and other staff friendly. Love restaurants and staff worked to keep clean. Location not good bc address wrong on Google Maps and they need to correct for solo travelers. Restaurant food and staff very nice. Overall, a good spot but would not stay again. "

"Front desk service was top notch. The property itself is clean, though outdated. But, for us what mattered was location and it was conveniently to access either Biscayne or Everglades."
