Fernando was welcoming reassuring, and we felt safe and comfortable knowing he had our best interest at hand. He had a wonderful personality and provided us with optimal service. I am a hotel owner, I am very familiar with hospitality and he gets a 10 out of 10!"

"Staff at the front desk and concierge were very friendly! We booked a king lagoon view and were given a suite!!! We were so surprised and excited. Was a great way to start off our vacation! We appreciated the free airport shuttle as well as the cruise shuttle we purchased. The only drawback was that there was a dirty washcloth on the floor when we first entered our room. Other than that our stay was great! "
