"Excellent/Outstanding Yes, great breakfast. Front staff is excellent! Jose, Ben, and the front desk female working Jan 14 26 are all superb. Breakfast outstanding, large variety food, so glad they added oatmeal too. Delicious! Poor Shuttle services are no longer available from 11pm to 7am. Big problem. Most of my flights leave prior at 6am with checking 2 hours prior, I take a 4am shuttle. I always book Hawthorne because of excellent shuttle service. Now, this is a major problem, you no longer provide the services needed. Also, what happened to your evening happy hour? I am very disappointed in your recent changes but I applaud your excellent staff! "

"Great rooms, service. Restaurant/bar has a good selection of items and specialty craft cocktails and a wonderful beer / wine list. Rooms super coma D all the modern conveniences.Comfortable beds and updated surroundings . I booked on hotels.com and got a good rate. Ample free parking and handicapped rooms and parking. Dog friendly. Wry quiet. I would stay there again. "

"Breakfast is "Grab-N-Go": coffee, hot water for hot chocolate and instant oatmeal, granola bars and muffins. Room was okay, but many workers were staying there when we were there and they would start up their trucks very early in the morning. Ear plugs are very helpful if you want to sleep past 4:00 AM. The sink in our room was clogged when we arrived, but they fixed it immediately (i.e., the same day) while we were out. Friendly check-in person and generally very friendly and helpful. LOTS of good places to eat in the area, many within walking distance from the property. Great value overall."
