"Check in slow, not enough tea or coffee in room asked for extras and only given 2 of each. Was looking forward to nice meal in hotel but due to a flood there wasn’t room in bar area. Great location for going out shopping or having a drink. Made a good French Martini."

"Our room was on the 4th floor. No issue with that but there seemed to be a little cluster of rooms all quite close together. Again no issues with neighbours or noise. The room was just disappointing. A view of a brick wall and a yard meaning there was very little natural light in the room. The bed was also not the most comfortable. The desk seemed to be out of place and the bathroom could have been a little tidier. The food and staff were great in all honesty, pity the room tarnished it a bit."
