The staff was amazing and accomodating. The breakfast was also amazing. However, we had many problems with the room beginning with a door that would not lock and then a broken toilet. We had to move between 2 rooms which was not ideal but i believe this new hotel will work out these problems going forward.

This is one of those rare gems where every detail of the property was extraordinary! Top marks for outstanding and lovely service- we were waited on hand and foot, absolutely beautiful decor, in the most luxurious setting in the heart of Belfast. From the amazing complimentary cheese plate and wine and drinks on arrival to the fireplace and park views, the toiletries and soaps were also divine! I wanted to move right in!!!

We had an unforgettable stay at the Regency House in Belfast. The Mayor’s Suite was absolutely incredible—spacious, elegant, and full of character. Just as impressive was the service; each of the girls we dealt with went above and beyond, easily some of the best hospitality we’ve ever experienced (we found out they live together, study together and work together - and it shows that the all share the same work ethic and kindness)! "I recently stayed at The Regency and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The room was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could ask for. The architecture, design, and finishings of the entire residence was elegant and classically finished all around. And the use of the parlour was a great bonus for us, that we very much enjoyed.
