Staff were excellent and the Burger King next door was great - the food was yummy (better than other BK's I've been too).

"The house suited our needs, however the lounge was upstairs although on the plans it was on the ground floor and we had elderly parents who couldn’t climb the stairs. We arrived to overflowing bins which smelt very bad and they weren’t sorted until the following morning. The photographs are clearly out of date as the accommodation is tired and is used as a HMO."
"This is not a Hotel, this is basically an AirB&B with escalated prices for a room with shared bathroom and shared also with owner. The owner was nice enough but we paid £97 for night (not worth it) compared to £65 at Ibis hotel in Liverpool (Albert Docks) - air conditioning, own bathroom and much more comfort. This ‘Hotels.com’ need to vet what people are offering. I am actually quite offended by what I was offered and will now use other sites to book ACTUAL hotels! "

"Staff were very helpful and friendly. It was sunday and the kitchen shut ar 6 and the bar closed nearly which wasn't very good with beinb a solo traveller and no transport. Otherwise I couldn't fault it.

The hotel has a warm, welcoming atmosphere with modern touches. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, offering great local recommendations and making everything easy from check-in to check-out.
