Disappointing!

Booked what we thought was one of the onsite cabins. Received no check in instructions, ended up having to call to be advised that we were in a tent ☹️ Arrived in site, no kitchen facilities as stated, no instructions for WiFi, hot tub etc. Did try and contact via both text and email for instructions but am still waiting for my reply!! Hot tub had insects in it. Decided to book alternative accommodation. Cabins did look really good though! Make sure you are clear about what accommodation you have booked as very misleading on this site. We did raise this with Hotels.com customer service who were great with us.
