Minor difficulty was no reception on arrival, save a phone number taped to the door. No English spoken, but my opinion is that interpretation is my responsibility. "This was our fourth visit and, as always, Xavier was a charming host. Breakfast is delicious with fresh French bread, butter and a selection of homemade jams, served with fresh orange juice and choices of coffee or tea. The quince is particularly delicious!"

We came away without the children for a weekend of peace & quiet but the family have children and a baby, the baby cried during the day and in the evening we heard a lot of banging on the floor above our room. It’s not pleasant if you want time away from kids.
