"A little dated, could of been cleaner, and out shower wouldn’t drain properly 😕"

"Manager on duty morning on 5/9/26 was very good and understanding. We checked in late Friday night and needed some ice and we had a fridge with ice maker but wasn’t on and no signage to tell us where an ice maker was. I checked for bed bugs and found NO sign of them, I do that everywhere I stay, and I found small pieces of pet poop under curtain from pet friendly facility. Shower head was horrible. The bed was sitting crooked on bed frame and looked hideous. Bed looked like a teenager made it before school because parent yelled at them to get it done!! I it wasn’t a cheap place but I’m sure for price I could have found nicer."

"Our visit largely due to the Summit was perfect ! The front desk staff was so accommodating every time we needed something , the room was very clean and the location for walking to restaurants was ideal , DEFINITELY staying again when we visit Cincinnati !!"

"Room was a nice size, same for the bathroom. Decent fresh breakfast with plenty of options. Easy parking."

"We were unaware that there was no on site parking w/o valet $49 charge. Off street parking lots expensive and charge for each coming and going. Disappointed that check in did not inform us that you had to use your room key to use the elevator. That would’ve been helpful!!"

"This hotel was very nice. The rooms were large and clean. The beds and pillows very comfortable. It is a pretty basic hotel, so it does not have a lot of ammenities. The breakfast buffet had quite a bit to chose from and the food was good. It does have a pool which we did not use. The front desk was very helpful to us upon arrival as we had a major car issue. The woman who took care of us, took the time to look up the name and phone number of a nearby auto repair shop. We definitely would stay again."
