"The room was good and the reviews about the bed were completely true. In particular I liked the hospitality of the staff. The greeter at the breakfast needs a special mention. She was very courteous and kind. We liked it overall and would consider it for our next Garlinburg/pegion forge vacation."

"We got there late and older woman was at the desk. I can’t say enough good about how kind and accommodating she was to my family. She even played with my toddler while getting us checked in. The whole vibe of the lobby is cozy and welcoming. Lots of guests sat on the couches and chairs just to congregate and watch tv together. Breakfast buffet saved us SO much money and they have everything you could want. The man who seemed to be in charge of the kitchen would come out and talk to everyone at the ending hours of the buffet. He was exceptional as well. The river is beautiful and the geese are entertaining. It’s like a little slice of Heaven in a busy city. Room was very clean and next year we plan on going back and getting balcony and room! Can’t wait to visit again!"
