I was unaware that you could wear swimsuits with a zipper and I was unable to go down the waterslides with my four year-old because of my swimsuit. "This is a beautiful hotel. The view of the river was excellent and the entire hotel was clean. When checking in, there was a customer complaining about the mattress in his room - the manager could not move him, but she was very courteous and offered an egg crate to place on to of the mattress. I understood his complaint - the mattresses are definitely old and need changing. The pillows were great, but it was not a restful night due to the mattress. The breakfast options are nice, although some items were stale. Overall, a beautiful hotel, away from the noice of the parkway - but definitely needs fresher food choices and better mattresses. For the price, one woukd expect a great nights sleep. "

"When booking we indicating we had a pet with us. At check in, I told them we had a pet so they were well aware. I even had a conversation about our dog’s breed. They told us housekeeping won’t service our room if there is a pet in there. I told them that was fine. Our last full day we came back to our room around 4 pm. We were locked out. "

"My kids loved the hotel. The highlight was feeding the geese and pigeons their food each morning. The pools were very crowded, but it was also spring break so that was to be expected. Breakfast was good. Overall, it is a nice place to stay. Pigeon Forge was very busy and the river next to the hotel was nice and relaxing. "

"Hot tub and pool area great! Lived that they had towels at the pool. Lobby had snacks and coffe and slushies all the time! Fire pit area great! Would come back again and again."
