"I loved the Hotel, definitely family friendly. It was very busy for a small entrance, nobody really monitoring the entrance to have cars moving for them to unload. That being said, breakfast was a nightmare with guest grabbing a plate of bacon or grabbing a big plate of one item. No staff discouraging it. People were rude with the small elevators. Our room AC was very noisy it kept me awake every time it came on. "

"We chose this place because it had very good reviews. I had seen that it was outdated so I was expecting that, but I was not expecting just how outdated it actually was. First off, when we got there the gate to enter the parking lot was closed and there is a number that you call to enter. We called the number twice while sitting halfway in the road and halfway in the parking lot and nobody answered. We eventually just entered through the exit gate since nobody was answering so that we could enter through the entrance. It was 7 o’clock in the evening, it’s not like it was overnight or anything. The rooms are so outdated that we had virtually no electrical outlets. We had to unplug the alarm clock and the microwave just to be able to charge our phones. Even still, our phones were barely charging the entire time we were there. We stayed for four days and three nights and housekeeping never came once. I saw a staff outside and I asked her for more toilet paper because we were out of toilet paper. I realize that I could have called the front desk and asked them to send housekeeping, however, I shouldn’t have to do that. We rented two rooms for 4 days, housekeeping should have come by at least once while we were there. The parking lot is not big enough, if you get there in the evening, you’re going to end up having to park on the street. The pool is tiny, the pictures are very deceiving. None of the outside games they show were available & it was spring break. We will not go back."

"Room was dirty .. our tub didn’t drain so the water got to ankles during shower.. breakfast was pretty good not enough seating when busy. Fridge in the room was great had our drinks ice cold .. elevator kept stopping at every floor even when you push just one floor . Beds were comfy but like I said room and bathroom dirty "

"The room and the lobby were clean. The desk clerk was reallly friendly as well. There are many problems here, though. The shower wouldn't stop running when I turned the handle off. My husband had to crank it VERY hard to get it to at least stop dripping enough that I could take a soak after a long day. There was a huge patched spot right above the tub; an obvious indicator that the tub above my room had leaked. It's more than disconcerting to know that a heavy person could step in there and possibly crush you while you shower below. Paint was peeling, especially in the bathroom. The chest of drawers and nightstand smell very moldy/musty when open. The ad is misleading about the breakfast. It is NOT EVEN A CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. There would be fruit, pastries, oatmeal and etc. Instead the ad for the hotel (on hotels.com) says "full breakfast" but there is NO meat, eggs, nor potatoes. One day there were only apples and another day there was NO fruit. They have an automatic pancake machine (conveyor style), 3 cereals, and nothing else, or maybe you get muffins some days. The putt-putt course is open but VERY dangerous because many of the holes have pieces of boards that are NOT screwed down nor covered with turf, so they flop and slide when you walk across. Because so much of the turf is missing and it's hazardous, you can't really play the course right. The price was reasonable, it was quiet and the bed was comfy, but this is a HARD PASS for us in the future."

"Our original room was 343. It was a nice room, but the ER was right beside our room. We could see the beach, but wanted to see the whole lenght of the beach. We moved to the fifth floor room 543 and it was perfect. And a little more quiet. The rooms are laid out well with plenty of space to store shoes, suitcases, etc. I like all the hooks on the wall to hang up coats, robes, etc. The balcony was nice. Two chairs created a nice area to sit and watch the ocean. When we arrived spring break was winding down. Between loud cars and the toruist helicopter it was pretty noisy. So if someone wants peace you may need to look somewhere else. The location was nice. Very walkable, close to restaurants and across the street to the beach. There is a lot of traffic, so crossing the road can be super dangerous. One needs to go the the street light to cross. The beds were a little harder than I like, but all the sheets and towels were a nice quality. The staff are polite and helpful. Everyone was super friendly. The buffet is the typical hotel buffet. Plenty to eat and a decent variety of items. Since the hotel is connected to another hotel, there are two separate areas to eat. Definitely helps since it is such a busy hotel. In all it was a nice stay at a wonderful hotel. I would stay there again if in the area. "

"It was less than a mile walk to Pleasure Pier. Room was nice and clean. Beds were super comfy. The Balcony was huge and really enjoyable. "
