"This hotel was amazing. We had a great view of the harbor with two large windows and watched the cruise ships dock, and was so excited to track ours, the Sapphire Princess as it came into port. The porters took our luggage at the front door until our room was ready, (we were early by 3 hours but got our room right away) then when it was cruise time they took our luggage to the ship for us. Absolutely perfect weather while in Vancouver, we loved our 3 days there."

"This hotel was great to stay at! It was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient to everything downtown. The rooftop and sauna area was quiet and relaxing. I was bummed out that the hot tub was out of order during my stay. The only thing I did not like was the shower head in my room was a bit wonky...it seemed to have a leak, so it was spraying extra water from the sides and it was getting the bathroom floor and top of the toilet all wet and the shower curtain wouldn't stay fully closed on that side. Other than that, I had a great stay and will definitely stay here again in the future! "

"Heritage. I came to experience the Heritage, ie 1939, and had the opportunity to visit the 14th floor where the heritage suites are. "

"Great hotel for the price located within 10-15 minutes of downtown Vancouver. The only issue was the bed, it was old too soft and not queen bed. We paid for queen bed."
