"We had such a great stay at the Hand and Flower. The pub is old and full of character, but our room was nicely decorated, clean and spacious. There were lovely toiletries, shortbread and nice brands of hot chocolate/tea/coffee.
All the staff were LOVELY! so friendly and welcoming. Getting to choose your breakfast and have it freshly cooked was a treat. Hats off to the chef.
The pub is really well positioned in West London and it’s easy to jump on a tube from Olympia or Hammersmith.
Special shout out to the housekeeper - it must be a job making those bunk beds! And to Dave who made us feel like nothing was too much trouble - but honestly, everyone we met who worked there was lovely.
