"The hotel is in a great location. It is away from old town crowds but close enough to walk everywhere. There are 2 pools 1 for adults and 12 yrs+ and 1 for kids. The adult pool was enjoyable at the time of our visit. The elevator is air-conditioned. The grounds are stunning. The AC unit in the rooms are very good, perfect for the heat in Vietnam. We would recommend this for family and couples and would stay here again."

"It was a nice stay until while we were out staff cleaned ? our room and left the door wide open. It was still open when we came back after entire day out! They check camera and that was the explanation. Otherwise staff in reception were very nice & helpful, clean pleasant hotel, very good breakfast"
