Fantastiskt vistelse, dock med vissa plumpar
Underbar miljö, utsökt mat och fin service! Dock drogs intrycket tråkigt nog ner av att vi debiterades 45 EUR extra för byte till annat rum trots att det första var obeboeligt. (32 grader varmt vindsrum). Vidare noteras att hotellet kräver kontant betalning av utländska kunder, annars debiterar man påslag om 2,5 % för kortbetalning.

Kønt slot og nærværende betjening
Et rigtig flot og kønt slot, med to gode restauranter. Særligt bør den utrolig søde og personlige betjening nævnes. De fleste taler engelsk - ellers klares det med en blandning mellem engelsk og tysk - samt et stort smil.
Kan varmt anbefales.
Byen Warren nogle km derfra er et besøg vær.

Unique hotel experience – feels very exclusive, like staying in the white house.
Staff is very friendly, breakfast had good, but not amazing options. Suite was very cool (had an upgrade) – classy furniture, comfy bed.
Bathtub however was not so nice: there was quite some chipping, faucet was loose and would spin around when turning on the water, tile joints and shower wall were kinda dirty. That i would have not expected in this pricerange.
Wifi connection was very unstable in our room, but good in the lobby and everywhere else, so might be better in other rooms. Forget about your 4G, there is not even 3G in this area :)
Other than that we were happy with the stay.

Dieses Haus ist außergewöhnlich und herausragend, denn hier wird anspruchsvolle Gastlichkeit gelebt. Wir hatten das große Glück, von Herrn Honecker besonders aufmerksam umsorgt zu werden , so dass wir vom Ankommen bis zum Abschied aufs angenehmste betreut wurden

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, super schön gelegen.
Wir sind erst sehr spät, staubedingt, angekommen. Selten so freundliche Hotelmitarbeiter erlebt, da kann man Dich nur wohlfühlen.
Das Essen im Wappensaal exzeptionell .

Romantic and elegant
Very nice and romantic hotel with a lot of atmosphere. The hotel was recommended to us by a winemaker from Mosel. The room was spacious and elegant and the bed very comfortable. The service was very focused and friendly, both at the reception and in the restaurants. Wellness area is nice and clean.
