Nice stay!

Great location for us on the way to cross over to Sweden just a few days later. Big and nice area. Felt like it was not taken care of tthough, needs better cleaning and landscaping resources. Also the supermarket really needs to extend there opening hours! Closing at 18 is not good enough. Much of the swimming area was closed for renovation but we had fun anyway. Big and nice house to live in. No noice from Autobahn to our house.

Verdrecktes Haus, volle Aschenbecher bei Anreise, dreckiges Geschirr, gebrauchtes Taschentuch im Bad, Bettdecke die schon mal vollgekotzt war scheinbar, dreckiger Boden.. ein Badeland wo die Whirlpools und die Außenrutsche seit Ewigkeiten scheinbar außer Betrieb sind... Wasser kalt, Bademeisterin stand nur an der Bar bei den anderen zum sabbern, statt Blick aufs Wasser zu haben.. Bedienung Vormittag im Cafebereich nicht möglich, da nach eigener Aussage die Qualifikation fehlt..das sind nur einige Punkte..wir waren das letzte Mal da

Wir hatten eine Unterkunft im Kreis C. Die Küche war schlecht gereinigt, die Eingangstür war verzogen, sodass es zog, und aufgrund von Feuchtigkeitsschäden blätterte die Farbe an den Wänden im unteren Bereich ab. Überall (Couch, Teppich, Badezimmer) waren noch Haare der Vorgänger. Eigentlich hat das Resort gutes Potenzial, aber die Pflege der Ferienhäuser lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Das Haupthaus (Hotel) machte auf uns einen guten Eindruck, was auch die vier Sterne rechtfertigen könnte. Die Preise für Minigolf sind total überzogen, die Preise für das Reiten empfinde ich hingegen als fair.

Es war wunderbar. Bestes Hotel seit langer Zeit. Wir konnten ein bisschen Tischtennis spielen Bowling und später sogar noch schwimmen mit einer richtig korrekten Wasserrutsche. Nebenan war auch noch ein streichel Zoo. Die Zimmer waren auch super. Schön sauber mit Balkon, Dusche und Badewanne. Essen war auch super. Zum Abendessen schönes großes buffet zu einem guten Preis und sehr sehr lecker. Komme sehr gerne wieder

Die Mitarbeiter bräuchten dringend mal eine ownership Schulung. „Ist nicht mein Verantwortungsbereich“, „Ich bin grade in der Pause“, „müssen Sie meinen Kollegen da hinten fragen“ sind Standard Sätze im Van der valk. Das möchte man als gut zahlender Gast nicht hören. Wir haben uns vom Personal nicht gut betreut gefühlt. Sowohl Rezeption als auch beim Restaurant. Jeder manche nur das nötigste was er muss.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war schön ruhig und idyllisch und man konnte mal abschalten. Auch die Autobahn war nicht zu hören und wir waren jeden Tag unterwegs. Das Erlebnisbad und die Saunalandschaften boten eine schöne Zeit zum entspannen. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Möbel sind Gebrauchsgegenstände, gegen kleine Schäden kann man nichts machen, man sollte sie aber trotzdem beachten und nach einigen Jahren mal austauschen. Ansonsten war alles gut soweit und man konnte sogar Nachts den Sternenhimmel beobachten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super fint ophold, dog var der noget rengøring af møbel der godt kunne haft været bedre. Der skal selv medbringe håndklæder til toilet og personlig hygiejne samt toiletpapir. Ellers alt godt.

Skøn ferie

Vi har haft en skøn ferie med venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Huset var stille og lydsvagt. Hoveddøren var meget utæt, og det trak ind. Emhættens lys virkede ikke. Knive og sakse i køkkenet var i stykker. Vi klarede os, men det er en god ide at få lavet det. I badelandet var vandet til de små meget beskidt og meget koldt. Og der var meget klor i vandet

Herrlich naturnahes Familienresort. Gute Unterkunft im Ferienhaus in sämtlichen Größen möglich. Tolles Schwimmbad, was auch nach längerem Aufenthalt noch interessant und ein Spaßgarant ist. Vielfältiges Freizeitangebot mit vielen Outdooraktivitäten. Große Speiseauswahl in mehreren Restaurants. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort mit akzeptablen Preisen. Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Klasse Unterkunft mit Mangel

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Leider hatte ich morgens um 4.30 KEIN warmes Wasser, für Geschäftsreisende sehr ungünstig. Eigentlich ein no-go, dass Nachttemperatur-Absenkung! (Abends war das Wasser nämlich warm, also gehe ich von einer Nachtabsenkung aus.)

Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt sehr schön. Jetzt kommt das aber. Im Haus fehlten zwei Rauchmelder, ein Lüftungsgitter am Kühlschrank und eine Badewanne war beschädigt. Da wir länger bleiben wollten war eine Aufbuchung unkompliziert. Beim Check out sagte man ich möchte bitte die Kurtaxe bezahlen, obwohl die bereits beim Check in bezahlt wurde. Auch sagte man mir das der ausgeliehene Grill noch offen sei. Auch dies stimmte nicht. Denn der Grill wurde bezahlt und die Kaution zurück erhalten. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt sehr schön. Wir werden wieder kommen👍

Alle Negativen Anmerkungen die schon des öfteren aufgeführt wurden , haben sich bestetigt. Sauberkeit (Turen ob innen o. Aussen, Fenster beschmiert, Staub auf dem Schrank....) Nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Wir nicht mehr.
