"staff was excellent, hotel is in poor shape, screens torn. falling out, rooms sad, bedding is lacking, stained, towels sad, bathroom in need of repair, just a sad run down place. But staff was good"

"Frig not working, had to reset the heater, smells like someone was smoking, and the fire alarm was going off and I did not have a number for front desk. Didn’t know if I needed to get out do to a real fire. Do not feel safe here either and probable won’t get a good nights sleep. "
