Elevator did not work, room lock did not work, sports bar was terrible 4 regular TV's on a wall dont make it a sports bar. Chef was missing causing long waits and a beer was 10,=. This hotel badly needs a make over.

The room was amazing. It had comfortable beds and a fridge and microwave. The bathroom was clean and the shower had plenty of room. I recommend this location!

Love the customer service! It’s the most important thing the young woman at the Dallas score so accommodating hoping to figure out confusion in the order and the reservation. She made sure everything was OK. Highly recommended this place for customer service PS properties pretty great also!
