"We mostly like everything about the stay, apartment size, amenties, location and proximity to Interlaken OST station. We were disappointed by the attitude of the restaurant staff at the hotel, especially one male staff member who seemed particularly rude. Either the staff need etiquette training or English language training. “I don’t care” is how this male staff member reacted to a situation. I have never heard any hotel staff member , anywhere in the world."

"Check to make aure that the room you’re booking has air conditioning or not, especially in the summers. Not all rooms have air conditioning and it’s an extra charge to get an air conditioned room. There is no staff in the hotel at night. And the hotel doors are locked at 10pm. So if you need something, yoobasically on your own. Otherwise for a short stay this was the only hotel close to where i wanted to be and the stay was ok"

"It was great room and view very convenient to both Interlaken OST and West and shopping. We enjoyed the space and the lounge area. Staff was efficient. The view of the mountains was the best. The paragliders were right in front of the hotel. Of course there is no AC so it was very hot inspite of the fan."

"Stayed here for three nights when visiting Interlaken and nearby attractions. Hotel is just across the bridge from the Interlaken West station so it was easy to walk with big suitcase. View from the hotel was excellent. The hotel building is old architectural but well maintained. Apparently some remodeling were being done to few sections but there is no inconvenience. Hotel lobby looks nice and staff are great. Room was good size and don’t feel cramped even after keeping two big and two small suitcases. Bathroom is of good size. The shampoo and body wash are provided in small pouches which is minor inconvenience but ok. The breakfast included is nice and have good choices. Couple of fans were provided and used few times as it wasn’t that hot. But it could be a problem if it is really hot weather. Overall experience is great hotel , great location, close to restaurants and shopping. Loved our stay."

"Good breakfast with a lot of selection. Very convenient and close to train station and all activities. Very clean and bed and sheets very comfortable. We loved our stay. Thank you and will definitely stay here again when we come back"

"We had a wonderful time at this hotel, the staff were very good, particularly Susana, who help me to print off tickets, very professional. Breakfast was very good, particularly the multi-coloured eggs. The breakfast room had a great view and the hotel is very close to the station (bus/train). On departure the receptionist helped us carry our suitcases down the stairs at the entrance. Good location as Interlaken is not too big but has access to many mountains to wander up. Very pleasant experience."
