"Wonderful 露天風呂"

"The room and facilities were clean, sleek, stylish, and upscale. Service in the hotel and restaurant was a little cold, not as welcoming as other experiences. Onsen doesn't allow tattoos, which was disappointing after staying at many other wonderful hotels that had no issue with tattoos. But the highlight was the breakfast. Honestly this was the best food of our entire visit to Japan. Gourmet, seafood-centric boxes filled with absolute deliciousness. "

"Beautiful lobby and very nice rooms. The bathroom was very nice. The staff were very helpful and we enjoyed using the laundry though we overloaded and it took a while to dry. Our bad. Would stay here again and definitely ask for the garden view. Our view was of a building under construction but it really wasn't an issue. Just that the garden view would have been nicer. "

"This was an excellent hotel, near the station and close to everything. The room was first class, fresh flowers a nice touch, and the bathroom was truly amazing. The staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Definitely worth a look!"

"Breakfast was good with options for both adults and kids. I didn’t like having to get amenities on the first floor, rather than having them in the room already. The bed was okay, but probably the least comfortable on my trip so far. I have a bad back and I found myself tossing and turning a lot overnight. The hotel is close to a bus stop, which made getting around very easy. "
