In addition to him being very disrespectful and asking if me and another customer wanted to stay somewhere else because we were all frustrated and very disgusted by his poor customer service. "I have stayed here many times now and I keep coming back because for the price I don't think you can get better in the area. It's a affordable hotel, so often you're going to have noisy neighbors that you will hear, especially if you are put in a connecting room. The beds are pretty hard and the bathrooms aren't comparable to the Ritz by any means but the ladies that clean do a good job for the amount of rooms they have to turnover every day."
