"From the moment we arrived we were welcomed. Our housekeeper was extremely helpful when we needed extra trash bags. We let her know the one we had was damaged. She fixed the problem right away. Room service was quick. I love that check out was done by text and it was quick and on point. Great job! "
"I had a great experience at this hotel! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the service was excellent!friendly, helpful staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location is also a big plus—within easy walking distance to lots of entertainment, restaurants, and attractions.
I would definitely stay here again!
The only thing I’d note is that the parking structure could use some improvements—it was a bit dark and felt somewhat isolated at times. Better lighting and visibility would make it feel safer.

"It is a good spot with good rooms, the only bummer was the large homeless population around the hotel, but it's California so I guess that's to be expected. The food was good, but the menu options were limited, especially for the place that is open in the afternoon/evenings. Very focused on alcohol, not so much eating. "
