They went above and beyond to help bring my boyfriends birthday surprise to life, fully embracing the idea and delivering each note perfectly. Their willingness to play along, their attention to detail, and their genuine kindness made the entire experience feel so special and seamless. I’m honestly so elated and grateful for how accommodating and thoughtful they both were. It’s rare to come across people who not only do their job well but also put heart into what they do—and Regina and Dontrell did exactly that. "We are there to visit college. Great location to downtown. Hotel is clean ( smells good too) and front office staffs are friendly. Room is clean and common area on the first floor looks beautiful even thought we didn’t use it. Will definitely stay here again if going back to Atlanta. "

"The kitchen has what you need to cook. 1 skillet 1 sauce pan dishes & utensils. The washer/dryer combo is next level and perfect for a small kitchenette. The shower head is out of reach to adjust easily for a short female or male otherwise funtional. "

"Nice staff and clean room. Restaurant food was really good and the breakfast had a variety of items you could choose from along with Starbucks coffee. Not a free breakfast like some hotels offer, but it was still good."

"Unfortunately I booked a standard room, so the minibar in my room did not come stocked with any drinks or snacks. More importantly, I did not notice till the evening before checking out that my shower did not produce hot water. Last, the breakfast at Southern Elements was grossly overpriced. Base price for 2 people was more than $80 dollars, and the breakfast itself was nothing spectacular. The restaurant also neglected to return my credit card upon paying the bill, a fact I did not notice till I tried to pay admission to the botanical gardens. Huge waste of time and money that I found very annoying"
