"The location is under going renovations so it was sort of messy in lobby but understandable. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was good and one of the main reasons we use HIE. The cookies near the front desk were a nice touch and just enough to shake off a sweet tooth craving. Only down side is the location has no vending machines to grab a quick soda or bag a snacks. Overall I would stay here again."
