Hotel Riu Republica - Adults only - All Inclusive

2/10 Terrible

"Worse Riu I have ever stayed at, staff has attitudes! They don’t want to help. Me & my friend witnessed staff giving tap water to drink when they know we aren’t supposed to drink it. We caught them giggling about it! Oh horrible food. They give you slop on a plate! I’m definitely not one to complain but absolutely not. & room didn’t have air conditioning, a lot of things were broke. But if you’re looking to party & drink! Heck yea. Just prepare to survive off fruit!"

"Staff are nice but not helpful. Make sure you make reservations for restaurants early they fill up fast and you’ll be stuck with buffet. The buffet isn’t bad but sometimes the restaurant experience definitely better. They only have 2 options. Italian and Japanese both great but not too many drink options no name brand liquor. The resort is pretty small. Love the cafe and gym very clean and tasty. The whole resort very clean. The resort needs to incorporate more events for night to give guests because not much to do after dinner maybe even karaoke night or dance event. There was one night beach event that wasn’t long and ended at midnight mind you my dinner ended at 11pm. I probably won’t go back it’s far from any nightlife in the city all the spots outside the resort are like 30 min away. The fact we were looking for fun shows you how boring place is. Definitely a place if you want to relax day in n out n just tan with friends. I didn’t get drunk and I was there for 4 days drinking from morning and night that’s how I know liquor is terrible. The food however was great no complaints on the cooking. Also the worst thing that happened was the power went out twice during my stay so it’s very clear they need some improvements."

"The room was great! Very spacious. The deck with the plunge pool was great to relax at any time during the day and unwind or cup of coffee in the morning. Food was very good. Never had to wait to be seated more than a few minutes at most. Staff was helpful natter who you asked all the pools were clean. Bars were great. I would highly recommend"

Serenade Punta Cana Beach & Spa Resort - All Inclusive

"À la Carte restaurants were amazing and staff were fantastic- as goes for the bars. Pools had very little seating- most of which is claimed by 10am. The buffet is hit or miss. The rooms were fair- worn down in some respects with not all amenities working however quickly resolved when staff made aware. Beach was well maintained despite sargassum being in peak season- still lots in water and on beach however staff did their best on cleanup. Be aware of Exapndo in the community areas- they are very sneaky at attempting to sell timeshares- avoid them and do not allow them to upsell."

Breathless Punta Cana Resort & Spa - Adults Only - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"My husband and I stayed at Breathless 3 times already. Food is excellent, the staff is great, and it’s always a wonderful time. If you’re going to book this resort, make sure you do the Xhale Club. You will not regret it. The lounge/bar area was perfect. Check in and check out was a breeze. VIP all the way!"
