"A beautiful resort. Pools are excellent, beach access and day beds are great. Suites are lovely and very spacious. Food and drink are excellent and very varied. Japanese and French restaurants are particularly good for dinner, and the Italian restaurant provided a calm and classy alternative at breakfast and lunch. Great blended drinks in and by the pool, and generous pours and good quality spirits in the bars. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Our butler, Luis, provided excellent service throughout our stay, checking in on us every day and helping us out whenever we needed him, making our trip special. He also decorated the room beautifully for my birthday. "

"We had a great time. Definitely worth visiting. Only complaints are we got suckered into a 3 hour presentation where we were solicited a $10,000 club membership, one of the restaurants wasn’t open the whole time we were here & if you want to eat at the restaurants that require reservations then you have to make them before 9 am "

Check-in was smooth, and I was immediately welcomed when I entered the doors, which set the tone for the rest of the trip.
