"Check in process was a nightmare. I was online for at least 1 hour. staff just walks back and forth from the front desk to the back office multiple whiles just to check someone in. Food was ok. The beach and pool area was decent."

"I recently stayed at Grand Palladium Punta Cana Resort & Spa for 4 nights. The beach and tropical grounds are beautiful, and the property itself is very large with access to multiple pools, restaurants, and amenities. Unfortunately, the overall guest experience felt underwhelming and not very relaxing. The resort has an extremely sales-driven atmosphere. Everywhere you go, someone is trying to sell you something — from souvenir vendors to constant promotion of vacation club memberships. Even going to the gym turned into a sales experience, where I was immediately approached about spa services. It became difficult to simply relax without being marketed to. The food quality was inconsistent, and the rooms felt somewhat old and dated compared to the online photos and branding. Another challenge was the language and overall guest experience as an English-speaking traveler. The resort seemed much more geared toward Spanish-speaking guests. Most staff members were courteous and professional, but English communication was limited in many areas, and at times it felt like Spanish-speaking guests received more natural attention and engagement. What stood out most to me was the lack of memorable entertainment or thoughtful resort atmosphere. The activities and events felt mediocre and low-effort compared to other resorts I’ve visited in Punta Cana. I previously stayed at Royalton and found the hospitality, food, entertainment, and overall atmosphere significantly more polished, mode"

Cucarachas en la puerta del sauna del SPA y en los lockers, el personal debe ser un poco más profesional en el SPA para guiar a los clientes, a mi hijo lo dejaron más de 20 min esperando para ir al sauna, al final nadie le avisó. Todo el personal del hotel muy amable desde los jardineros, housekeepers, bar, piscina, restaurantes. La animación muy buena, al igual que los shows del Teatro muy bonitos, nos encantó. Muy buena atención cuando compramos la excursión a la Hacienda (Yes). La excursión a la Hacienda muy buena y una experiencia inolvidable. La guia Adaris muy buena. La pasamos genial."
