"Had to use video call and email to request one extra pillow and a sheet for the couch bed and got told to use the scratchy couch cushions with the duvet provided (no sheet, no pillow). Do not recommend."

"The check-in process was seamless. I was a little worried that there wasn't someone there to assist the process but none was needed. There was constant communication and the codes to get in the building and room worked like a champ. The room was clean, well maintained and the location was great."
