荷物が多かったのでカートをお願いしましたら客室まで運んでくれました。　また、チェックアウト時もこちらから要求しなくてもカートで運んでくれました。　また、近くのレストランを聞いた時も非常に丁寧教えてくれました。

駅の目の前の好立地。しまなみ街道の高速バス案内も丁寧に御説明対応いただいた。夜のバーが閉まっていたのは残念😢

Very conveniently located. Just a few streps away from the JR Kure station, and a couple of blocks from the Yamato maritime museum, which can be accessed via a foot bridge. Hotel is showing signs of age but is well maintained and clean. Excellent front desk staff. Good lighting in the room. Breakfast is served on the 14th floor with excellent view of the city and the port. Hotel offers cute hand-drawn maps showing staff’s recommended restaurants, cafes, very cute.

Unexpectedly spacious room with large double beds and large bathroom. Has a nice slightly old fashioned elegant feel unlike other station area hotels that are always bustling and prioritize efficient use of space in the rooms. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Conveniently located to Yamato Museum, mall shopping and transportation. Set breakfast (choice of either Japanese or Western) was well prepared and tasty in a restaurant on the top floor of building (14th floor). Also surprising number of restaurant choices for a moderately sized hotel. Overall a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

対応・清掃は最低。

受付カウターで受付がスムーズではなかった。 予約してあるのに予約の確認が全然出来ない。 いろいろな予約方法を直ぐに想定出来ないのか？ フロントのおっさんの対応は最低だった。 部屋に入り、洗面の水がポタポタと出っ放しだった。 ユニットバスの床に毛が落ちていた。 女性用のカームを請求したが無かった。 部屋から見る景色・朝食は最高でした。
