"The staff was friendly and spoke English very well. The room was spacious especially for what we paid. The view of the room overlooked parts of the city which was an added bonus. In addition, there was a water refill station and a kitchen area."

"Chose this hotel because it is close to the train station. That is its main strength. Tiny room with no mirror, bed against the wall. Staff told me that my room on 19 was better quality than our children’s room on 18, but that was completely incorrect. Lounge closed at 9:00, not worth it. Buffet breakfast was mid. At least it was close to the train station."

"This is a newer hotel that’s attached to the Hiroshima Train Station. Talk about convenience! Our room was small but we decided not to upgrade since we were there during Golden Week which meant hotel prices were higher than usual. Breakfast buffet was pricey but we decided to take advantage of it, again, due to convenience. The staff were all very friendly. I would not hesitate to stay here again."
