"I had a very pleasant stay. Facility is SUPER clean and the staff is excellent . My first night stay was in a “no smoking” room but it smelled of cigarettes. After an easy room change, everything was amazing. The breakfast was very good and rotated items daily. I will definitely stay here again!"

"I have visited Tokyo for many times for business and family leisure. I usually stay in shinjuku or Tokyo station, my stay in sorano hotel was my second time to Tachikawa and first time to stay in Tachikawa. I stayed here because my kids love the showa kinen park. A year ago, when I visited the park, we need to travel a long way, and not enough time for kids to play. So this time, we stayed in sorano and walked to the park in 5 minutes. Sorano hotel offers spacious and modern room in reasonable price, you just have nothing to complain. Outside the hotel, there are many stylish restaurants and coffee shops which offers very nice food, but not as crowded as near the station. This hotel makes us love Tachikawa more, we will surely come back if we visit Tokyo with kids again."
