"The staff treated me so well. Working with me even with a language barrier. After a few weeks of the Tokyo and Osaka life, that place was a slice of heaven, my only regret was not staying longer. The baths were nice, the place was super clean. Transportation to get there is a bit difficult, but that I think is what makes this place attractive, since it's in such a nice, quiet part of Japan. Going there during the Sakura season was amazing too. "

"I cannot stress how much I recommend this hotel enough; the entire experience was absolutely incredible. The owner, Kosuke, was so cool, accommodating, and sweet. Before we arrived, he called me on the phone to try and get my estimated time of arrival so he could pick us up from the train station. "Staying at Centrair Hotel was very convenient for an overnight layover. Restaurants in the airport were only minutes away and were open to at least 9pm for your late evening munchies. I chose the location because my mom is elderly and disabled and it wasn’t too difficult for her to use her walker to get to the check in counter in the morning and transfer to a wheelchair. I recommend booking early as I saved almost 50% on the price than if I booked the day of."
