"The staff are amazing! Everyone is friendly, professional, and care about the experience of each guest. I had one issue with my room, the heat had some issues, but after notifying staff, they fixed it right away! Overall great stay. "

"No hot water in the shower or sink in the bathroom. Called the front desk in the morning for assistance the phone cut off. The outlets at the head of the bed not working. "

"The room was decent and clean. The beds were comfortable but they gave us small square pillows and only 3. Made it hard to get the pillows right. Breakfast was lackluster. The eggs were powdered and watery, the sausage was sitting in grease. No yogurts or breads but white bread. The coffee tasted burnt. Only eggs and sausage as choices, very limited. "
