"We emjoyed our stay. Hotel was conveniently located, front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel is clean and well maintained. Our beds were comfortable and the sheets/pillows/towels were good quality, which sometimes isn’t the case in older hotels like this. Knocked off one star because of mildew on our shower walls which should have been addressed but otherwise our room and the hotel itself felt very clean."

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The entire hotel had a damp chlorine smell, and the room itself had an unpleasant odor. When I requested fresh bedding, the front desk only provided a sheet and stated that was all that was available. For $275 per night, I expected a much higher standard. Many items in the room appeared stained, dirty, and damp, which made the environment feel unclean. Additionally, the housekeeper entered the room without properly knocking. I had to say “excuse me,” at which point she closed the door. This felt like a lack of basic courtesy and privacy. I also attempted to purchase a drink, but the front desk was unattended for an extended period. When the staff member returned, she was not helpful and did not display a welcoming attitude. When I asked if there was another place to pay, I was simply told no. Overall, I did not enjoy my stay and will not be returning."

"I booked a 3 night stay for me and my daughter. After paying close to $900, I had much higher expectations than what we experienced. When we first waked into our room, I noticed a pair of Gildan men’s underwear hanging on the fireplace. The window was broken (the window pane popped inwards and the screen popped outwards so that there was an open gap for our entire stay. My kid made a game of trying to catch all the bugs in the room. She loved the pool (it’s really only suitable for kids) but it closed over 2 hours earlier than the sign said it would. All the staff was really friendly at least! "
