"Looks can be deceiving and when I first walked in I wasn’t sure…as there were a lot of people, it was a Saturday evening and many different conversations happening at the front desk all handled by one desk clerk. However, she managed well and attended to everyone easily and quickly. That was impressive. At breakfast we were asked if we were happy, fulfilled and feeling good! Again at check out we were asked how our stay was for us! Customer service is everything for us. Our bed was comfortable, there was plenty of parking, WiFi was good-we would stay again!"
