"カーナビでスムーズに着くことができず、少し迷いました。案内板や建物にも施設の名前がなかったので、何かしら施設名を表示しておいて欲しかったです。バーベキュー道具で着火剤がなかったので火をつける事ができませんでした。天候も夜に雨が降ったりしたので、結局できず仕舞いでしたが。木炭の他に使い終わりのジッポオイルではなく、新品の着火剤はあるといいです。入り口までの階段は急なのと長いので特に雨の日は注意が必要です。お風呂は広くて石造りなので、とてもいいと思いました。トイレも新しくきれいです。キッチン、コンロも綺麗で使いやすいです。強いて言うならトースターあるといいかもです。寝室からの海の眺めは最高です。幼児以下の家族連れは安全面でかなり気を使いそうですが、小学生以上であれば大丈夫だと思います。"

"Kitchen was very well-equipped, with a lovely big fridge. Appreciate the laundry machine available. Older place so a bit worn and dusty in places. Very spacious - yet somewhat awkward for just relaxing in. Single beds were not comfortable so we placed tri-fold mattresses on top. Orange duvet covers not a pleasant material to touch. We could not get hot water in the tub so we're not able to enjoy it! Air conditioning was good! Nice neighborhood. Lovely plants and birds just outside!"

"2008号室のオーシャンビューのお部屋に泊まりました。眺めが良く、ちょうど河津桜が咲いていました。チェックインはスマホで完了し、暗証番号でお部屋に入ることができ、わかりやすかったです。周辺は特にお店もないので、事前の買い出しが不可欠です。赤ちゃん連れだったのですが、ダブルサイズのベッドで添い寝ができました。ただし、ベッドの間は隙間があるので、枕でギャップを埋めました。備え付けの有料コーヒーが特に美味しかったです。"

This was the coziest most wonderful stay we've had on our trip yet and we'll definitely be back. "First time visiting Atami and read good reviews of this new hotel that opened in Mar 2026. A resort like building with an interesting ropeway ride to the hotel lobby from ground level. A short walk to the Atami station and walking street as well as the Atami shopping area with many restaurants available. Nice ocean view from the east tower and the beach is just across the hotel. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful, housekeeping did a good job in ensuring the room was clean and well maintained."

"If you want a really roomy experience , stay in the 2-storey maisonette room which is like a big apartment. It’s amazing! So much space and privacy and direct access to the pool and beach from your balcony. The hotel is lovely, breakfast was excellent and the beach is beautiful. Staff spoke a variety of languages which was very helpful. This location is also good for visiting Amagiso outdoor waterfall onsen."

"We loved our authentic Japanese vacation stay. Fireworks were a surprise we had not expected. Buffet had a large variety of choices although I am allergic to shrimp and do t like seafood so it limited me. I was still able to find enough to eat each day. Onsen was a new experience for us being Canadian but now we love it and will miss this relaxing ritual."
